June -- City Budget Season: $5 Million for Youth Jobs!
Public Action for Youth Jobs:
VIGIL FOR LIFE AND PEACE at City Hall
Tuesday, June 20
3:30-5:00 at City Hall Plaza
(Government Center or State Street T Stop)
Youth: Bring a black T and a white T.
Adults: Bring a purple T or something purple to wear.
Everyone: RSVP to unitedyouthworkers@yahoo.com.
Youth and adults will create a living display dramatizing how many teens don't have jobs, and showing how jobs make a lasting impact in the lives of youth.

This month, the Mayor and the City Council will finalize the City budget and funding for youth jobs. With your help, we can restore youth jobs and help reverse violence in the city!
